Start freeMost creators download a UGC media kit template built for influencers, then wonder why brands keep asking follow-up questions. The fix is structural: a UGC media kit leads with production capability, not audience size. Here is the section order that works, ready to build on a live UGC creator media kit page.
1. Positioning line
Name, "UGC creator", your two or three categories, and where you shoot. One sentence: "UGC creator making skincare and wellness video for DTC brands — Miami, ships worldwide."
2. Showreel
An embedded 45–60 second reel of hooks and finished assets. This is your interview.
3. Portfolio
Six to nine captioned assets with the deliverable stated per tile. See UGC portfolio examples for four layouts that convert.
4. Deliverables and scope
Formats you shoot, aspect ratios delivered, turnaround time, revision rounds included, whether product must be shipped, on-camera versus voiceover. Scope stated here is scope you don't argue about later.
5. Rates and usage rights
Base video rate, bundle pricing, add-ons, and paid usage priced by window. Full breakdown in the UGC creator rate card guide.
6. Results
Campaign outcomes where you're allowed to share them: spend levels, CTR, ROAS, or simply which creative scaled. Two strong case studies beat ten vague ones.
7. Past partnerships and testimonials
Brand names or logos, plus two short quotes from marketers or agencies naming the campaign they refer to.
8. Booking and contact
Email plus a scheduling link. Remove every extra step between interest and a call.
What to cut from an influencer template
- Follower count as a headline. Move audience stats far down, or drop them if UGC is your whole business.
- Long personal bio. Two sentences maximum.
- Vanity engagement charts. Ad performance data replaces them.
- Everything decorative. If it doesn't help a brand price the job, it's noise.
Template versus a live page
A downloadable template is a design file you re-export every time your rates change — and the version a brand saved in March is the version they quote in June. A hosted kit updates in place on one URL. If you want a general starting point too, compare the sections in our media kit template guide, then build the UGC variant with the media kit maker.
Two kits, two audiences
If you sell both UGC production and organic posts on your own channels, run two kits with separate links: one priced per deliverable, one priced per post. Brands then never see the wrong rate card, and each page can use its own template.
